Across separator styles—including pleated, conventional wrap, deep filter, and spin-on designs—KELTEC air/oil separators are built to deliver predictable performance under load. Typical operating characteristics include 2–3 psi pressure drop at load, 70 psi pressure resistance, and residual oil levels of 2–3 ppm, with standard operating temperature ranges from 180°F to 230°F. Higher-temperature models are also available for more demanding environments.
